Listen

When you think of the word Listen, it sounds more of a commanding word with a harsh tone behind it. It becomes something you have to do verse’s something you want to do; however I am inviting you to Listen to my words that I have placed on paper, I am asking you to put your own tone and voice to my words so that this experience will be more of a pleasure than a task. At times in my world things were so silent, there were no vibrations, there was no rhythm, and there was no flow; until now, now there is a mental sound, with melodies and speech that echoes through rooms with ears attuned. Now I can hear; I hear the love, the pain, the sacrifice and the fear that is awakened through words with a poetic expound. If only you will be my viewership and allow me to be your orator to deliver a spoken word with unforgettable relatable realities; only question is………….. Will you Listen?
