Mandy’s Halloween Surprise Costume: Childrens Book Ages 3-5

Mandy’s preschool class is going to have a costume party on Halloween, and Mandy can’t wait! In fact, she’s so excited that she promises her classmates that her costume will be so special that no one will have one like it. She says she’s going to surprise them all on Halloween!
